At Samiol Swimsuit, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your new swimwear. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the hygienic liner remains intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn swimsuit in its original packaging with all tags attached and ensure the hygienic seal has not been removed.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
